Key Points

  • Keep your chin on the surface, swim with a strong rhythm
  • Keep your head still, try to stay relaxed, remembering to breathe!
  • Swim at near sprint pace over short distances <25m at approximately 90% effort, no less
  • If you struggle with the drill try wearing some fins or using a pull buoy
